Products, Contents, Prices & Specifications

  • All features, products, contents, prices of products, promotion and services described or depict on this website are subject to change at any time without notice. 

  • Actual product colors may have slight discrepancy from color printout or display from computer.

  • All provided size specifications are for general reference only, and may have slight discrepancy from different styles.

  • No alteration service will be provided.

 

Purchasing

  • All items offered on our website are subject to availability. 

  • All customers will be invited to be our free member for making purchase through our online shop.

  • To purchase any of our items on our website, please go to our online catalogue and click “Add to shopping cart” after viewing the details of items you would like to purchase from the catalogue.  You may check on your temporary shopping lists by clicking the “Review” button.  Please click the “Check Out” button and follow the instructions to complete your order.  We will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order with a purchase order number and containing the details of your order, once the order placing succeeds.

  • If an item is out of stock at the time of ordering and payment has been taken, we will offer you the choice of an alternative item, a back order with a later delivery, or a full refund.

 

Payment

  • We will only accept payments by credit card or Pay Pal for order(s) through our online shop

  • Local (HK) bank cheque payments & direct deposits will be accepted for local (Hong Kong) order(s) only.  Please contact us for further information.

 

Delivery

  • For a delivery in Hong Kong, residential and commercial area delivery service or customers pickup parcel from SF Express pickup stations will be arranged within 3-5 working days after order confirmation, provided goods are in stocks.

  • For Hong Kong residential delivery service, HK$50 surcharge is required for any order under $1000.

  • For order(s) with overseas delivery address(s), a Speedpost delivery service will be arranged within 7-14 working days after order confirmation, provided goods are in stocks.

  • We reserve the right to withhold delivery to any particular place & location at our sole discretion

  • Delivery charge has been included in the product price for single local (Hong Kong) delivery.  For any extra local delivery(s), additional delivery charges will required for each extra delivery. Please contact us for further information on extra delivery charges before placing any order(s).

  • For international delivery, there will be delivery charges required.  Please contact us by e-mail before doing any purchasing online.

 

Tax & Import Duty

Customer(s) may be subjected to import duties and taxes.  Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by customer(s).  As customs policies vary widely from country to country, we have no control or responsibility over these taxes or duties.  If customer has any enquiry on these matters, please contact your local customs office for further information.

 

Return Policy

  • Milo’s HK accept return of any unused Bolego items within 7 days after the receipt of merchandise(s)

  • An one time exchange or refund will be accepted under the following conditions

    • Wrong Merchandise(s) (Different style, color or size from what you are ordering)

    • Defective  & Damage Merchandise(s) (Any defects caused by manufacturer)

  • Any return merchandise(s) with marks of cosmetic, fragrance or smell will not be accepted.

  • Any return merchandise(s) that have been washed, dry cleaned, or with any forms of alteration (in size, shape, or color) will not be accepted.

  • No return or refund will be accepted for merchandise(s) that are on sales or with special offer.

  • Merchandise(s) must be returned with original packing, hangtags and receipt.

  • Customer(s) are responsible for the shipping charge of all return merchandise(s), shipment collect will not be accepted.
